The rooms in this hotel are TINY and there is no storage space, so at the end of a few days, the place looks insane. The least they could do is add coat hooks near the door. Even getting through the door is tight— it opens right near the closet door. They give you the bare minimum number of towels and washcloths. The room cools and heats the room really easily….probably because it’s such a tiny space. The bed is comfortable. The window opens slightly. The hotel also only has 2 elevators, so expect to wait around for elevators quite a bit. Stuff around here generally closes early it seems. You are very close to the water, which is nice. There’s Pier 15, a 5 minute walk, that gives you great views of the Brooklyn Bridge. Overall, this hotel is probably good for a 1 day business trip, nothing more than that.

This hotel has everything you could ask for – clean and spacious rooms with a great city view. The inclusion of a kitchen, plates, and utensils is a big plus. The laundry and gym facilities are a real blessing. Lastly, the breakfast adds to the hotel's appeal, offering a variety including omelets, muffins, fruits, and more to kickstart your NYC adventure.

This place is a gem in the heart of the financial district neatly tucked away. Only a 5 minutes walk and I was at the River front with amazing view of the Brooklyn Bridge. Of course given the location ,the rooms are quite small yet can accommodate two people . If you’re in NYC, why would you need more than a bed and a decent bathroom. The front desk staff are amazing . Will go back in a heartbeat. The other reviews are quite misleading. Cleanliness of the room was not an issue. Despite the location and the size of the rooms, it was very quiet .

Everything in general was fine. Rooms were clean and had what you needed. The two main issues were that the TV is in a weird spot in the room and mounted to the wall. It’s not facing the bed or a chair.. and it can’t be moved/tilted/rotated. The second issue is every time I went to take a shower, it took over 10minutes for the water to get lukewarm, then at least another 5 for it to get hot. By the third time I showered I knew to turn on the water and come back to it later.

We have stayed here a few times, but this last time I was left extremely pleased with the service. Henna at the front desk was lovely and super accommodating. Yes, rooms are small. Yes, rooms were humid. But its NYC in September and the fans worked great in our rooms. The rooms were clean, and again accommodating staff make it worth the stay. This is a great option (budget friendly) for travelers making a quick trip to NY

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
