Great location and competitive pricing on the rooms. If you can avoid driving, would highly recommend as that will easily add another $50 per day. Check in was quick and easy. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. The room itself had an older and worn feel to it. However, and most importantly, the room looked and felt clean. Breakfast on the weekend was 7-10am, unfortunately I left before breakfast so I can’t speak to that. Next time I return to NYC I know where I will be staying.

My room 1702 had bed bugs in it. I woke up covered in bite marks. Found a blood stain on my sheet as well. Manager did not call me back when I alerted the front desk and got my room changed, I had to call the front desk every hour for 3 hours to even hear back. They didn’t initially offer any help and I had to ask for the self service washer and dryer fees to be reimbursed. They did not take this seriously at all despite being visibly covered in bite marks. Both rooms were really beat up and smelled bad and in general just not very clean. This was the worst Courtyard I have ever stayed in and I am a Titanium member.

I don’t get why this hotel doesn’t have better reviews.. we had a horrible experience at Dylan NYC this hotel we were staying at. We found this hotel the same day we checked in for a decent price. The location was ON POINT!! Amazing location. Rooms were so clean! Service was great, even the cleaning staff, Aurora, she was so sweet. I loved this hotel so much. It made our trip that started bad, and turned it around and made it amazing. My husband and I had an amazing trip visiting the city. Also this hotel is close to the subway, so VERY CONVENIENT. And close to timesquare and amazing coffee shops!! If you’re debating to book this hotel, DO IT and the pricing is great! Thank you 😌

Amazing hotel! The staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew and even other workers were friendly and superb. The location is so amazing you can see Bryant park from the front door and you are a two block walk which take a few minutes no more than 5 to get to. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in and I travel a lot. I typically do not leave reviews but this hotel was outstanding and I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to New York.

Do not stay here! Our room was not ready when we arrived at check in time (despite 'checking in' online a few hours ahead of our arrival). We were directed to the bathroom in the basement which had not 1 functioning stall door. We got back to our room after our broadway show at 10:30pm to finally get to our room and it was approximately 95 degrees in the room. The thermostat was broken and the heat would not turn off. We called to have it fixed and went down to the lobby after waiting for 20 min with nobody showing up. The front desk person was on their personal cell phone and then argued with me about how a thermostat works. They did not have a room available to move us to and their 'solution' was for us to open our window. The window opens about 3 inches since you are on a high floor in NYC. After speaking with someone at Bonvoy who opened a case for us, we took our luggage and our two little kids and moved to a different hotel at 11pm. We were in our room for a total of the 20 min while we were waiting for someone to come fix the thermostat. We paid over 150,000 points for that 2 night stay since it was NYC during the holidays and almost 1 month later they are still refusing to refund my points! The whole thing is completely absurd.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
