Comfy bed and a great location! If you wanna explore the old town, I think this is a good option, considering the full-facility hotel. Here is my quick review - The check-in process takes a bit too long. - There are only 3 elevators available during my stay, so during the morning time you need to wait. - The room size is a big and very practical design, it also provides a great view. - The bathroom is the best; big and comfy. - The mattress and pillow are superb! - The curtain is a blackout, I love it. - Breakfast is good and good selection of bread.

Situated in Phuket Old Town, the Courtyard By Marriott stands as a well-established global hotel chain, just a 45-minute drive from the International Airport. While its interiors lean slightly towards a dated charm, efforts have been made to maintain a contemporary appeal. As Marriott Bonvoy Platinum members, we enjoyed a complimentary upgrade to a room featuring a convenient inbuilt kitchen and a compact dining space, accompanied by a pleasing view. The overall comfort of the room paired with flawless service heightened our experience. The hotel's prime location offers easy access to restaurants, spas, laundry services, and night markets. Noteworthy attractions like Phuket Fantasea and Carnival Magic are within an hour's drive, while Tiger Kingdom is a mere 35 minutes away. Considering the excellent experience, a return to this hotel would be a definite consideration on any future visit to Phuket.

If you are planning to explore old Phuket Town market, it is probably the best hotel to stay. You can explore the town on foot. The rooms are clean and well serviced. Hotel staff is helping. I had just two issues during my stay, there was limited vegetarian food at breakfast (only bread & butter and hash browns). And second, we requested for wheelchair for a senior guest with us, which they couldn’t provide.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
