Great location! The rooms were clean, and the front desk staff was extremely helpful. They provided us with a roll away bed on short notice and got parking taken care of in a breeze. The only bummers were the pool being closed, and the fitness room lacking significant weights.

Was not told about the renovations when I booked. No pool, no gym. The beds were very uncomfortable left me with back pain and the comforters came out of the covers while I slept. I would not come back to this establishment. Parking also $38 a night is insane! Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Not to mention staff did not mention a hold on my card when I checked in, and so rude when I checked in. Stay somewhere else!

I made reservations for two queen deluxe rooms because I was with my cousin. I paid more for that, which was higher than the price for one king room. However, at the hotel, I was given one king room. What even upset me more was that the front desk guy didn’t inform me about the change and assumed I was ignorant. He took a long time on the computer before giving us the card key to the room. To my surprise, the room had only one king bed. When I called, he said there were no available rooms. I had paid non-refundable two weeks before the date, which surprised me, as this has never happened to me in over 20 years of making hotel reservations. I think I'll just stick to Hilton Gardens and the Oaklander, where I usually stay when I'm in Pittsburgh. Other than that my overall stay was not bad.

There was so much wrong with this stay. And so disappointed considering it’s the time of year to feel HAPPY, our stay was quite miserable. NOWHERE did the property state that the pool or gym was closed due to construction. Not on Expedia, nor their own site. So, the children were miserable. Strike one. Additionally, we were under the impression that free breakfast was included in our booking. It was not. Strike two. Parking was OUTRAGEOUS. Over $100 dollars for 2 days… not even 2 FULL days… And when I pointed out that the per car, par day wasn’t mentioned, I was told “that’s implied.” The gentleman working the first night were very kind and polite but, that unfortunately, doesn’t make up for the overall bad time we and our children experienced.

I was told the parking was free, and we could come and go as much as we pleased. Turns out the $50.00 security deposit that was “for the room” was actually a charge for parking. I had been on the look out for our deposit refund, when it never showed I called the hotel. They said the deposit was kept for the parking space, which was in no way disclosed to us. If I would have known this I would have stayed somewhere else.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
