I recently stayed at the Town Suites Marriott Hotel and had a mixed experience. Upon check-in, I immediately noticed a few issues in my room: the bath soap holder had fallen in the tub, and the towel hanger was broken. Although the staff promptly replaced the bath soap fitting, it unfortunately kept falling down. Additionally, I faced problems with the TV not working. The hotel staff was responsive, promptly switching me to a different room, yet the issues with the soap and towel hangers persisted. While room service was efficient in attending to maintenance, they didn't refill the soap, leaving only a soapy water mixture. This was a bit disappointing. However, it wasn't all negative. The hotel shines in other areas - the breakfast offered was delightful with a good variety of options. The shuttle service provided was excellent, making transportation convenient and stress-free. The kitchen in my suite was well-equipped with utensils and appliances, which I found to be in good condition. On the downside, cleanliness could be improved. I noticed dirt in some corners of the room, which led to continuous sneezing, suggesting a need for more thorough cleaning, especially given current health concerns. Overall, while the hotel offers great amenities like a satisfying breakfast and excellent shuttle service, attention to maintenance and cleanliness in the rooms needs improvement. I hope to see these issues addressed in future visits.

Beautiful location and hotel. It's about 1.5 miles from the airport and right along the water with a nice walking path and esplanade bridge over the water. I was greeted warmly at check-in and was given a handy sheet with pertinent hotel info. The facilities are clean and seemed well-maintained with appropriate amenities and plentiful seating in the common areas. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I traveled solo and felt very safe. They have the earliest complimentary shuttle bus to the airport around (4:30 am) and the bus was clean and on-time with friendly drivers. I hope to stay here again if I'm in the San Diego area.

Hotel is fine. Airport shuttles need to be booked ahead,can get filled up ahead of time and don't operate after 9 pm which defeats the purpose of an airport hotel and a airport transfer with kids challenging. If it's for a layover stay I'd recommend picking a different hotel with better shuttle service.

Stayed here for a layover. Pleasantly surprised. Hotel was comfortable and decent lobby for business travel. $20 for parking, though. No breakfast included but lobby restaurant wasn’t bad.

Mildewy shower head, hot water was barely warm, weird smell to room. No usual amenities like other Marriott brand hotels (lotion, water). On the other hand - seemed clean, good location, very pretty property, front desk is super nice. Probably will stay somewhere else next time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
