I just checked-in to my room and I must say the customer service I received from Sabrina was incredible. She noticed I have 2 young kids (ages 1 and 3) and gave them each a toy duck for the bathtub. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a difference. I appreciate the hospitality Sabrina. Thank you!

Great stay!! Perfect, centrally located hotel for all the areas of San Diego I was exploring. Breakfast was delicious! I had coffee and the avocado toast, despite the funny comments from my colleague. It was even better than I expected! Good seasoning and had soft boiled egg with it too. Room was perfect. Lots of space, clean, and they said they would be updating the whole hotel in the upcoming months! Big fitness center was great and I was the only one in there the whole time. They had a great bar in the lobby that filled up in the evening! With 5 (I think?) TVs there, they had all the sports playing. One afternoon, the staff there told us about a great lunch spot that was just a short walk from the hotel! It was a little hidden, so I posted a video of how I walked there. It was called Park Social. Had a great stay here, as usual!!

I have to say my stay was top teir! The front desk staff absolutely fantastic. I spent my birthday weekend there and I felt special from the time I walked in to the time we left. Huge thanks to Micheal, Eve, Kendra, Alex, (I know I left off some staff) please forgive me.

My room was on a bottom floor so people were walking right behind my window. I could get to my room by the back entry, which was closer that through the main reception. The room was clean, I found just a little dust in corners though. The bathroom was quite large. The room was cleaned every third day. There is nothing interesting in walking distance, but the nearby streets are quite empty.

Room was clean, and spacious. Staffs were really nice during check in, and check out. We definitely had a pleasant stay, and would love to come back again. The pool was not that big but enough for our son to place. Thank you !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
