        Very lovely hotel. If you’re looking to be located directly downtown in a nice hotel it’s a great option. The building architecture is beautiful and rooms are very nice (while not large). Only downside is parking, while they offer accommodations the only option is valet at $58 a night. If you’re looking for an affordable option, I would conduct further research.

        I visit San diego often for conferences, first time staying away from the convention center due to other hotels being sold out. Check-in experience was great as the host was very informative and accommodating, she even gave us a discounted rate on the valet parking with in & out previlege because of our long stay. Really enjoyed exploring the building since it's an old bank building with very old art deco, even has a unused bank safe. Room is clean, well sound proofed, modern and updated, it has a refrigerator and a microwave. Housekeeping service was a breeze using the app. There are plenty of restaurants and places to snack, CVS, and etc in the walking distance. Only complaints would be all these homeless people around and smelling like urine, not too safe to walk around by yourself when it gets dark.

        Room on the 14th floor was a mess. It was not cleaned properly I noticed and housekeeping skipped my room after the first night. The airconditioning of all other rooms is on the top of the building next to the bed of the rooms on the 14the floor. I woke up multiple times but only found out the source of the noise the last night. I would not recommend this location while the building it beautiful in the lobby.

        So where to begin! Positive: Service, people, building, room, amazing! Negative: location, location and location... so, maybe the location is ok, but the amount of homeless encampments around the hotel is freaking ridiculous. Second problem! Valet parking! Well, if you ride a motorcycle, you basically screwed, no parking, there is a parking garage a block away you can self park. So if you're riding a bike, don't pay for valet parking!

        Is this hotel nice? Sure, it’s alright. Will they add an erroneous restaurant/room service charge to your invoice after you check out? Absolutely. Will customer service be helpful and remove the charge in a quick and efficient manner? Nope, not really.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
