This trip was a special one so we sprang for a nice room. This place was incredibly clean and the lay out kept to its roots while feeling - in a way - contemporary. Incredibly secure. You had to key the elevators and some doors. Where some may say it’s a hassle - the safety was greatly appreciated. The bed and bedding was almost outta the package clean and new. Pillows were cloud-soft and we didn’t wanna wake up in the morning. Some negative reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. This location is top notch for its location and the pricing was definitely reasonable.

The entire hotel seemed to be freshly refurbished, with fun art deco style. The style gave a lovely atmosphere overall. The room was nicely equipped, with an excellent shower. The parking is a bit tiny and the neighborhood slowly transforming into a zombie movie, but that´s San Francisco, I guess. Overall, I really liked it! I was maybe lucky with the room though (no neighbors).

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in San Francisco and found it to be a decent experience overall. The hotel's location is convenient, but being at the edge of the Tenderloin was problematic for a good walking impression of the city. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. However, the lack of an included breakfast at a price of over 320/night for a suite was surprising. The bedding was comfortable, but the hallways had a noticeable stench at all hours . While it met basic expectations, a few improvements could make this Courtyard Marriott a more memorable stay.

This is a tough one because there is so much to love about this hotel. Staff is amazing, location is exceptional, rooms kept up and nicely decorated. The whole facility is beautiful, fae exceeding any other Courtyard I have ever seen. The problem is that the walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in every room around you. Thankfully my stay was just one night and I only had people staying in one adjacent room, but even typical, soft conversations were clearly audible from next door. It was worse when someone was in the bathroom because the tile made the sound echo and become much louder. That really took away a lot of the impressive good that initially had me awed with the hotel. So proceed with caution.

Nice views in the morning 🌄 Spacious rooms The entrance door light was not functioning. Issue with most of the marriotts, though spacious - they don't work on improving room maintenance. Stayed just for the night, can't really comment on food.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
