Always a pleasant stay. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food at the cafe is decent if you aren't looking to head out for breakfast or dinner, or if you just want a late snack.

Overall pleasant experience. A few things to improve on: 1. Complementary bottled water in the room will be nice. Staff at checkout asked how my stay was at checkout and acted like they didn't hear when the bottled water feedback was given. 2. At checkout the staff did not mention incidentals until asked for a printout. The incidentals were correct but they should be mentioned during checkout.

Boy! Am I glad I didn’t listen to some of the bad reviews on Google about this Courtyard by Marriott. This Courtyard is almost brand new. Everything is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. Great location near a mall and restaurants near by. Lesson learned: check multiple platforms for reviews as it is apparent that some reviewers have ulterior motives. See pics I posted.

This hotel is mostly fine but be aware that the “sofa bed” offered in some room types is inadequate unless you enjoy sleeping with metal bars poking through the mattress. When I raised the issue with management I was only offered resolutions that were cost neutral for them. Obviously not hurting for business and operating accordingly.

Decided to try this place but made a mistake booking it. Not a good place. Halls are dirty and smell bad. Everyone is better off staying at Hampton Inn by Hilton less than 1/2 mile away where get free brewed coffee in the lobby at all times, a free breakfast and better beds. Will never stay here again. Don’t know how this place got 3 star rating…….

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
