We had problem with room temperature- it was dry and hot( winter ) asked front no temp control since the weather was so cold. They set up temp and no control over your room. Manager Jin Kim kindly help us relocate room that is cooler and accommodate our needs. Loved shopping mall with in the building and food choose we had. We didn’t have to get out of building when we need to buy or eat and that was very convenient since weather was cold outside.

This is a amazing hotel with amazing staff for a wonderful stay. I would like to give these 3 people a shout out for a great experience at this hotel. Grace the front desk manager who was awesome with any help we needed ensuring we had a great stay. Sumin was great at the front and very welcoming. Yul , the restaurant manager who was so helpful with getting me ice for my leg when I had fallen during site seeing. Yul never failed to ask me about my knee and If I needed anything else.

Great hotel for easing your way to Seoul from Western country. Check in staff is personable. Hotel is connected to the mall and KTX. Rooms are on the smaller side but are clean and well maintained. The lounge is not worth paying for because of limited food and beverages. Elite members have 3 pieces of complimentary laundry which adds a nice touch.

This hotel is our second home. We’ve stayed here 4 maybe five times and each time the service is fantastic! Shout out to Bella and Lucy who were so attentive! And the executive chef Mr Kim makes a world class breakfast buffet for us too!

Front desk people is nice and friendly. Underground is connected with subway Can take 1 hour limousine and 20 minutes walks from airport to hotel. It is quite convenient. A money exchange machine is located in front of front desk. You can issue a card for spending and used as travel card

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
