We stayed here for serveral nights, and the staying experience is great. The location of the hotel is located approximately at the center of three MRT stations, which requires a walk from 15 minutes to 20 minutes. It's easy to access MRT line 17 or MRT line 2 as well as Hongqiao hub. The room is tidy and spacious, with everything maintaining in good condition. The decor demonstrates a modern and simplistic vibe, which is particularly suitable for business travelers and couples who likes simplicity. The services from the staff are also phenomenal as requests usually be dealt with immediately, and amenities are sent to the room within 10 minutes. If you are aiming to travel northwest to Suzhou or southwest to Hangzhou, then it's pretty convenient to visit these places via Hongqiao hub from this hotel.

April 2019 Room comfort, services and cleanliness were very good. The location of the hotel is pleasant. The employees are friendly and speak English. The hotel does not accept dollars, but there is a vending machine inside the hotel to convert your money into local currency. You can stay with pleasure. April 2019 The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the service is nice. The location is good. The staff are nice and friendly and also they can speak English. The hotel does not accept dollars but there is an ATM in the hotel to exchange your money. You can stay and be pleased.

Quickly calibrate your location. It’s not far west of Hongqiao Airport and about 15 minutes’ walk east of Xujing. There is no place to report such a big mistake on Google Maps. There are basically no supporting facilities nearby (as of January 2019). The price is cheap and it takes 7 minutes to take a taxi to the airport in the morning.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
