After staying in dozens of Marriott Courtyards in the USA I was not prepared for how much higher the bar is for service and facilities in Taiwan! The hotel was beautiful, modern, and well-appointed. The room was very comfortable with a great AC system and was really quiet throughout my whole stay. The staff set the standard for exemplary service and were of great help to me during check-in, during my stay, at the daily breakfast, and in the executive lounge. The concierge agent Jason was also very helpful with inquiries I had throughout my say. The buffet breakfast was truly impressive and really blows any included hotel breakfast I've had out of the water. The executive lounge also had great service and the 2 hour happy hour included drinks and enough food to make a full dinner out of it if I chose to. I am struggling to come up with any negatives for this hotel and it would certainly be my first choice for any future visits (personal or business) to Taipei.

First time stay in this hotel. It was a great experience. My room was upgraded to the top floor with a view of 101 tower, which is always great with stunning view. The bathtub in the bathroom was always bonus point, especially I do enjoyed this tub. All the staff members was super friendly and helpful, it always makes you felt great. The breakfast was nice, with all kind of the variety which is good for depending on my mood what I feel like for the moment. For sure will be back!

Review: I recently had a delightful stay at the Courtyard Downtown Taipei. One of the standout features of my stay was the bathroom equipped with a bathtub, providing that extra touch of relaxation after a tiring day. Although there was a slight disappointment as the promised room upgrade for a better view didn't meet expectations, this was overshadowed by other exceptional services. One of the major commendations goes to the cleaning service staff for their meticulous and attentive work. Breakfast was well-served, although a bit more variety might be appreciated by guests staying for extended durations. The hotel bar offers fantastic beverages. The taste and presentation truly elevated my evenings. The lounge provides a serene and comfortable ambiance, a perfect spot to unwind or spend quality time with friends or family. A special shout-out to the concierge staff who were extremely helpful throughout my stay. Responsive, informative, and always wearing a smile. Lastly, for those keen on staying fit during their travels, the hotel's gym is comfortably equipped and offers a comprehensive range of equipment. Overall, the Courtyard Downtown Taipei offers a blend of comfort and top-notch service. I would certainly consider returning in the future.

Housekeeping is one of the services that we rarely appreciate unless something goes wrong. But at Courtyard, I was superbly impressed by Black’s attention to detail and work ethics. How often do you get someone who tidies your room up, to the point that everything is arranged in one direction? It shows strongly on the pride Black takes at the work that was done, and I truly had to give kudos to that. Other than that, the location is quite central and convenient to go around, but truly amazed by the service provided. Keep it up Black!

Had a very wonderful stayed recently for 5 nights! All staff I met from reception, concierge to house keeping is friendly and helpful. The room is clean, look new and well maintained, it comes with lots of USB port near the bedside, sofa and table corners, the power plug support various counties standard which is very convenient for travellers. The gym is well equipped with wide range of cardio and weight training equipments. The response from the concierge team is really prompt and they either deliver package on the counter using robot or human immediately upon confirmation that I’m in the room. Will definitely be back to the hotel on my next visit to Taipei, and hopefully this time round I will be able to get a double bed room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
