By far the BEST hotel I've ever stayed at. Rooms were super clean, close to the airport, and nearly soundproof. Check in was fast and efficient, and front desk staff was smiling consistently. I would stay here again! The only issue I had was the price being so high, but this place exceeded my expectations. You get what you pay for, and this hotel is quality.

The hotel is modern and clean. The gym is the best gym I've seen in a hotel. Most of the staff were very good. The hotel room windows can't open, the room felt very dry with no fresh air.. When I checked in the front desk staff said they will take the 15$ per day parking fee out of the damaged deposit at check out however The following day the front desk staff kept calling me to come down and pay a 15$ parking fee. I told them "sure I'll pay it when I come down" and they said "ok no problem". However they called back about a hour later asking me to come pay it now. Kinda annoying having these people bug you when your trying to relax. It's 15$ , literally nothing. Relax. Also upon checkout it took them nearly 40 mins to get my 500$ deposit because they didn't know the password to the safe and no manager was on sight...

I stayed here in May prior to flying out on an early morning. The room was clean, modern and spacious. The only issue I really had during my stay was the TV, as the volume seemed to fluctuate randomly quickly and some of the internet apps didn't work.

Great airport hotel with clean, modern, updated rooms. You can walk from the airport which is very convenient. The service is not fantastic here. They do not honour the benefits that come along with Marriott Bonvoy statuses. The service at the cafe/bar is not good at all - understaffed most of the time. They don’t have a pool or hot tub which is another downfall. Overall I continue to stay here due to location and how new/updated the rooms are.

Came here on what was a very hectic business trip that required frequent and immediate access to the Winnipeg airport. The hotel is pretty much located on the airport premises itself (you can literally walk, even with luggage, to the terminal building). Hotel is brand new and modern with lots of thoughtful touches (like shaving mirrors and excellent lighting in the bathrooms). Food in the hotel restaurant was of high quality (that bistro burger with the thick fries was the best I’ve had in a while!). Fitness centre was airy and modern. Hotel is generally well maintained and staff helpful. The complimentary airport shuttle was also nice. Only gripe was that paying for parking was extra at $15/night. Otherwise my stay was a good value considering price paid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
