Great hotel to stay in. Not the best for views obviously, if that’s what you’re looking for. The rooms and bathroom were super good. We got to the hotel really early but they were able to give us a room almost right away ( got lucky). The hotel lobby is really nice. A 5 min walk to the metro was convenient. There’s a mini mart near by too which is open 24/7. For the price it was perfect.

Do not trust the laundry ! They lost 3 of my shirts. Despite my numerous claims and the supposedly investigation I never found my shirts back. I informed management and except apologies I was not offered any compensation and I still had to pay the bill for the shirts. Not an appropriate way to treat loyal Marriott Bonvoy customers who spent 70 nights at the hotel. Never again

The hotel is amazing! location is perfect very close to Shk Zayed road. the breakfast is full of variety and live cooking station compared to other hotels in the area however the lady at reception named Grace was not welcoming at all she insisted I pay while I had a baby and clearly told her once I offload the bags from the Uber I wil pay it was not a pre booked room she once again said u have to pay within two minutes I said clearly yes giv me two minutes I am sorting my bags and baby she once again said u have to make the payment I had to then tel her I am here to stay wil not go anywhere and it’s uae u have my emirates id and credit card details so please if u could be considerate! this was ridiculous being a elite bonvoy member I was expecting a warm welcome that’s what reception is for to recieve guests and make them feel comfortable and welcomed unfortunately not in this case I was disappointed with how she handled guests

Wow this hotel is surprisingly good and new. Esther on front desk was super helpful when I arrived tired from Paris. The restaurant food is good and reasonably priced. In the summer it's too far to walk to metro, but it's 15 minutes to airport. Gym is good and quiet. Excellent staff make the difference.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
