This hotel is in a fantastic location and is nicely decorated, especially in the lobby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and offered us our choice of rooms as they were renovating one part of the hotel and there was a smell of paint. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but very simple. There is a little courtyard (about 2m square) but no other windows due to the building’s heritage design, which did make it feel a bit dark and dank. The toilet is separated from the bedroom by sliding doors with glass panels and open brickwork, so don’t expect a lot of privacy. Overall, comfortable and a nice stay.

The boutique hotel is conveniently located right smack in the old town Melaka. If you want to enjoy walking around the tourist spots in town this would be the recommended place. Water pressure in the shower place is good. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly (this is the most important trait, isn’t it :-))

Very centrally located and convenient and clean. Walking distance to Jonker Street and many eateries The ambience was excellent. The receptionist Intan was helpful, friendly and very welcoming. A tastefully decorated peranakan house.

Lovely superior room but be prepared for mosquitoes as the oriental doors and windows have gaps. I bought an insecticide to spray everyday. Go for the deluxe room if you prefer the usual room door but maybe no windows though. I was fortunate to get a superior room on Level 1 and at a cheaper rate than the usual SGD80+ per night. Hope to stay here again with the awesome service if the hotel can allow guaranteed Level 1 rooms. With the newly opened Baba House down the road at the same rate which has lift, their usual room rate is not attractive anymore unless you don't mind bringing your luggage up the stairs. Property was well maintained but the peeling walls in my room did irritate me a fair bit as my luggage is on the floor, the flaking paint caused a lot of sand to fall around my luggage.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
