I recently stayed in a renovated room at this hotel. The room itself looked good and felt new, which was a plus. However, the comfort of the bed was an issue. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the pillows, also too hard. I requested a softer pillow, and they offered one with feathers, but it was just as uncomfortable as the previous four. And the choice of TV channels is quite limited. Additionally, the valet service at the hotel is rude, which does not help with the experience. On a broader note, I'm left wondering about the role of the Courtyard brand within the Marriott portfolio. Over the past few years, my experiences with their services have consistently been disappointing.

The rooms and facilities are clean which is one of the things I care most about. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are showing more than average wear and damage for this price point. The staff are kind and helpful, doing their best to ensure a positive experience. The location can be quite loud at night and for rooms on lower floors this can be a problem, but of course this is no fault of the facility.

The Hotel has wonderful staff… I am staying here for several days and brought my dogs. One of my pups got loose and without a thought Tremell - the Valet Manager, ran with us onto Olympic Blvd to get her back. He did not hesitate, just a wonderful gent, thank you from the bottom of my heart. They have a lovely hotel with people who obviously love working there. Simone(my pup) and I, thank you!

I stayed here for a convention nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was large, spacious and well maintained. I did wish it had a few more outlets in convenient locations for charging things. I was also able to check my bag at the desk during the last day of my conference. Location is SUPER convenient! I could easily walk everywhere I needed to.

Booked a stay here with friends December 2nd, extended our stay an additional night the next morning, prior to check out. between the time of going to the front desk to extend and smoking outside me and friends return to room to find that a precious family heirloom (Gold Ring) $5,000 in value was taken off of our bathroom sink. We search the entire room calling downstairs, even to check the lost and found which it wasn’t there or reported. We had a hunch to check the cleaners cart down the hall. We found the ring underneath all of the supplies in the top of the cart. We took a video before retrieving it from the cart and then call the front desk to speak to a manager. The housekeeping manager came after 15 minutes. We showed her the video she took the report. The next day we spoke to the general manager who concluded the investigation to be completed because they didn’t see any access to the rooms door log from any employees. I asked to be moved floors and to not have tht person service us during our stay and the manager said he would call us to move our room. That was 12noon today and here it is 10:42pm and we have not heard a thing from anyone. My friends and I feel highly disrespected on this matter not being rectified. This is one of our favorite hotel chains to stay in during our travels, as young black gay entrepreneurs we take pride in our loyalty to establishments that provide quality service. However, this incident has left us deeply concerned and disappointed. We urge the hotel management to address this matter promptly and take appropriate actions to ensure the safety and security of guests' belongings. Additionally, we hope for improved communication and follow-through on the promises made regarding room relocation. Your swift attention to this issue is crucial in maintaining our trust and continued patronage.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
