Bathroom was clean, but in need of maintenance. Climate controls could use some work also - mine was constantly cycling and blowing more cold than warm. This place is right across from the ballpark and walking distance from a couple of casinos. The Mellow Fellow next door is worth the visit.

What a wonderful property! Our room was right above the Truckee River, and each morning we watched the ducks below our 2nd floor window. Parking for check-in is tight, but there is a large, free parking garage adjacent. They have a bistro cafe' in-house, which we did not use, but the reviews were good. Staff was wonderful, and the room very clean and spacious, as one would expect. We chose the king, and there was a comfortable loveseat with footstool. Cozy for two. One more thing: most hotels have shower handles one has to spin to adjust temperature, and no way to adjust temperature. The shower had a clear glass door, adjustable shower handle, and a 3" shower head for plenty of pressure, if you want. AND, the handle was set back 3-4' so you could turn it on without getting wet - a feature my wife, with her beautiful hair, loved! The designer had stayed in a few hotels! One more important feature - there is no smoking in this facility. WONDERFUL!!!

Situated right across the street from the ballpark and on the banks of the Truckee River, it's a few blocks away from downtown Reno. It's a small triangular hotel with a very tight entrance to the front lobby reception area. Upon our arrival, the receptionist was away from the desk and we were poorly greeted when she did come back. When she saw our status, her demeanor changed for the better. The suite we were upgraded to had plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. Can't say anything lovely about the view out of our window as it faced the parking garage. Housekeeping didn't come while we were there for two nights, but that's ok. We didn't need it. There is a bistro downstairs to buy breakfast. The barista did a fabulous job making a hot chocolate to my liking. Overall, we were there to sleep and shower. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed. A parking garage was close enough to transport luggage to and from. There was a little cafe for food. Serves its purpose.

BE AWARE - NOT A MARRIOTT PROPERTY! I stayed here the first week of January and was extremely disappointed. My room was not clean, the TV did not work, and the refrigerator was not working AND missing a shelf. Not to mention that the shelf in the shower was falling off the wall! And of course, my room was not made up the entire 3 days I was there. As I stated, this is not a Marriott property... the first tip off is if they ask you "what company you are here with" or "what is the nature of your business" (i.e. they want the company or conference name, more than just pleasant conversation.) In addition, when you try to use an upgrade or ask for room cleaning service, they tell you "we are not corporate marriott" or "we dont offer those services". According to other Marriott employee's, there is a chain that is buying up old hotels/motels and "calling" them Marriotts, but they are not owned by corporate Marriott and do not play by the same rules. I am a TITANIUM ELITE member (meaning I spend at least 75-100 nights per year) in hotels, due to my job. I have run into this shameful representation of Marriott and it is a terrible representation of a great national brand. Sadly, these people are using the Marriott name, but do not run their business the same way. I was even told "we aren't corporate marriott, so we don't have to honor those programs - i.e. rewards/upgrades/etc.)

Modern and clean. Located right across the street from the ballpark. Walking distance to the Reno Events center. Rooms were clean and layout is functional. Water pressure in shower is ok.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
