This is an amazing hotel, honestly loved it. They supported me as well with some medical situation. They were always friendly and helpful. Rooms are good and clean. Restaurant is good, breakfast super good Pool and gym are good and water is bit warmed, nice temperature. Look location is amazing, you have biggest mall in the first floor. If you run/walk then you have biggest park just in the back and it's safe area for a street run. The view is amazing

The service was spectacular, and the view was amazing. However, I had multiple issues with the water temperature in the shower. It turned hot to cold, and I complained about it. They said they found the problem "downstairs," but the issue continued. Instead of a discount or free meal at the restaurant, they gave me a chocolate. The staff was great behind the counter, especially they guys covering late night!

Very good hotel. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel at home - very very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was tasty. Rooms clean, beds comfy, and the pool area is very nice. We stayed for one night and ended up returning at the end of our trip to Chile.

Best tip(s): being next to the mall makes things easier - don’t ever use taxis - always use Uber BLACK from/to hotel - don’t use Uber X - From/to airport, use the hotel drivers. Location: convenient but other the mall, you won’t be walking around too much. Rooms: all are good and new - on the small side but okay - views to the city side were actually nicer Breakfast here is terrible though - quantity and not quality. Service was always good from the front desk to everyone else

The room was very clean, had great shower products, and even had charging converters which were a thoughtful addition. The aircon was also as strong as in the United States. One thing they can improve is cleaning the outside of the windows; the pictures of the awesome view from my window was a little tampered by dirt. Service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is actually worth it. Dinner food is not bad, but go in vitacura for more worthwhile experiences. It’s a great spot to grab a glass of wine and food to pick at late at night to bring to your bed. When I checked in, they acknowledged my silver status and let me check in early (11am) into my room because there was one available. In terms of location, it’s connected to a very large and beautiful mall that has currency exchange, luxury goods, phone cables, luggage bags, and anything else you might. The only regret is that it’s not in walking distance of the standout restaurants. Nothing is more than 5-10 drive though if you have a car or can call a taxi.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
