I just want to take a moment to share that not only is this hotel beautiful, but the staff are absolutely incredible!! I used points for my mom and her husband to stay here after a hard end of the year losing our dog. Matthew at the front went out of his way to make sure a note was left along with beautiful chocolates and treats. It brought tears to my mom’s eyes. To know the staff here care that much truly warms my heart. Thank you Matthew and to the staff on today who made this possible for them! Truly one in a million hotel 🙏🏼😭♥️

Our service from hotel staff was great. Our room was spacious and clean however was the loudest room I have ever stayed in. We did not sleep well either night of our stay due the city noise. The location was really close to the link light rail system that we utilized for a game. Walking there in the daytime was ok, we kept our kids close to us and aware. However after the event the walk back to the hotel was sketchy. I would not recommend walking in the area after dark. The bar staff was great. The pool area clean. I would not stay there again due to the noisy room and all the homeless out after dark.

The hotel was able to accommodate my changing needs and staff was always very helpful. We stayed there with family all flying in from different states and we were able to walk to all the Seattle spots we wanted to check out. What made the stay the best was Scott who worked in the restaurant at breakfast. He worked so hard to make sure everyone had a great experience. He deserves a raise/promotion! Thank you, Scott! My only complaint, too many Philly Eagle fans there! Lol

Nice downtown location, within walking distance to many Seattle tourist spots. However, the city sounds are loud, as the building is old, and has old windows to prove that. The parking is 60ish dollars a night, which I feel like for the price of our stay, should be included. This price is also not stated anywhere till you get to the hotel. It also doesn't come up as part of the hotel bill, it is its own separate bill. All staff were pleasant, just feels like a very basic Marriott that is over priced.

Customer service was A1! Very clean rooms and an incredible stay. All of the Valet staff were sweet as can be. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Seattle.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
