        On arrival the apartment smelt so bad we had to move to another apartment which was not as nice as the one we booked. The heating was stuck on high and could not be reset so we had to sleep with the windows open so got poor nights sleep. The facilities were poor, cracked sink, no wine glasses, tatty decor. The biggest issue was not getting our security deposit returned until we threatened them with court action. It was promised several times with various excuses but finally when I was about raise a CCJ they returned the deposit - AVOID THEM

        Wish we had read the Trip Advisor reviews before booking - they give you a true picture. We changed apartments before the one we booked stank of marijuana and I mean STANK (Didn't fancy getting pulled by the sniffer dogs on our way home) the other apartment wasn't as nice but they didn't offer us a discount. Broken sink, heating, blinds, coffee machine, no wine glasses and generally tatty. The biggest issue is that they won't return your security deposit, we had many excuses until I began the process of a CCJ and then they refunded us. Not the way to run a business - I think most of the 5 star reviews on Google are from family and friends. AVOID and read Trip Advisor before thinking booking!

        Apparently if you're aging you're not welcome here! After seeing reviews we thought this would be a great place for our trip to london. Oh, how wrong we were!! They asked us to contact them prior to our stay. I did so and was asked the purpose of our booking, to which I explained we had a weekend of activities planned in London for a birthday. They then TOLD us to cancel our stay a week prior to our booked dates! When we enquired as to why, the person I spoke to over the phone was extremely rude and couldn't give a straight answer. "Because it's a birthday", "the neighbours might complain if they see 6 people", "You can be charged £6000 if you come". Absolute insanity. Trying to scare us enough to cancel the booking ourselves so they dont get penalised for the cancellation. Why do you have a listing for "up to 7 people" if you cannot even accomodate 6! AVOID at ALL costs.

        I had an excellent experience at Serviced Apartments in Chelsea by Austin David Apartments. They provided me very good apartment which made me and my family comfortable to stay as our home.           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
