        We were told check-in is before 8 o’clock, which is reasonable as it is an apartment. However an additional charge of 150£ for just arriving half an hour late, was still not reasonable to me at that point. I then received the check-in instructions and realized that the keys are handed over though a lockbox? How does it make any sense then, to be charged additionally, if it is all done without any human interaction. I called to ask about that and was told because someone has to place the keys there before arrival (but practically isn’t it possible for the keys to be placed there at 19:59 and me arriving at 20:15-20:30). In addition, they also tried to blame their contactless interaction on the system as it deactivates after 20:00 o’clock and that it supposedly costs more to keep the system active after their check-in period. Systems do not work like that!! It won’t cost you more to keep something technology-based active just for a longer period! In the end, I ended up checking before 20:00 o’clock and it was literally a key placed in a completely normal lockbox. 150£ just for leaving the key in there half an hour more? Tell me this is not a scam. However, glad I’m avoiding human interaction with this agency at all cost.

        Location is great but if you thinking you be in Shelton St than you are wrong. That apartment complex is going through Reno and they are advertising as that but putting your in different place with no air con and unbearable temperatures. The whole thing feels like a scam for such high prices you pay and low wifi. They place they put me in was Wellington St which is hot like an oven. Avoid these scammers and find another honest and genuine company!

        despicable human trash: terrible scammers; the whole thing felt very suspect from the get go... they charged for being a few minutes late, they also refused to return a deposit citing the reason "more than 1 person staying" which was evidently false as someone just helped drop the bags off. There is footage of the other person leaving. Since then, their phone doesn't even answer... disgusting!!!

        AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! They take your money and don't and lock you out your room. Asked multiple times for help by calling the support number and repeatedly got hung up on mid-call. Never seen a worse excuse for a rental accommodation service in my life. Save your money and book with a hotel in the area instead

        One of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. Unbelievable. Refused to awnser question lay on the phone or offer any sort of help. The young girl on the phone then refused to send me any details for security deposit. I have kept all records to show. Laughable.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
