        We stayed at the Brompton studio. The apartment we rented was very cute and fit well to our needs! It had a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fold out couch and a fridge! The apartment itself wasn't too big, but fit out 3 day stay well enough! The staff is super accommodating and friendly, but communicate mostly with you over email. The duvets provided were sharing duvets, so request an extra if you prefer to have your duvet alone. The bathroom had an amazing shower, a heated shower rack, a selfie mirror (adjustable lighting on it) and floor heating! Anything a girl could want, really. The location itself is perfect for walking to several museums (right across the road from the natural history museum) , 5 minutes from the closest tube station, a 10 minute walk from Paddington train station and several amazing restaurants, cafés and breakfast places are right around the corner! The locks on the building were digital - something we haven't encountered before, but we felt Very safe! Thank you so much for a lovely stay and I hope to come back one day! All the best!

        From the moment we attempted to check in, our experience with this hotel apartment was frustrating. Here's a breakdown of the issues we encountered: 1. Pre-checkin Experience: The process was far from smooth. It felt like an unnecessary hassle, a forewarning of what was to come asking for verified documents multiple times even after submission, and having a broken system that no one cared to check before asking customers to login to. 2. Ventilation Issues: The apartment lacked proper ventilation. The only option was to turn on a device that, while it circulated the air, was incredibly noisy. It didn’t even provide any cooling features; it simply moved the air around. 3. Indoor Temperature: Despite having the noisy ventilator on, the indoor temperature during noon was uncomfortably hot. There seemed to be no air conditioning features available, making the stay during the day quite unbearable. 4. Unexpected Online Payment: I was taken aback by a £250 security deposit that was demanded online after fully paying in advance for the whole stay. The worst part? This cost was not mentioned anywhere prior to booking. Such hidden costs are unacceptable and reflect poorly on the transparency of the management. 5. Sleepless Nights: Between the noisy ventilator and the uncomfortable heat when it was turned off, sleeping was a challenge. We tried opening the window for some relief only to be met with loud outdoor noises, making rest impossible. 6. Internet Connection: To top it off, the internet connection was down for an entire day. In this day and age, reliable internet is a basic amenity, and its absence only added to the frustrations. On the plus side, the building and apartments are new, modern, and well-maintained. The cleanliness was commendable. However, aesthetics alone cannot compensate for the myriad of other issues that plagued our stay. Overall, while the establishment may look appealing on the surface, our experience was overwhelmingly negative. I'd think twice before booking again.

        Apartment was nice.. pros weee a comfortable bed, clean, wifi, nice shower/bath Cons: key was hard to find, no mirror, wildly hot with no air con or fan, noisey and big stain in bedroom floor. Overall would not book again, mostly because all the issues have been commented on so many times with no change. All rooms should have fans. It was basically too hot to sleep.

        Stayed in a studio where everything was in a single open-plan space with a separate bathroom. The room was clean and the crockery and cutlery was sufficient for two people. We had to ask for washing up liquid, dish cloth and tea towel as these weren’t there when we arrived. We could have used the dishwasher but for a couple of plates and mugs, it wasn’t worth it and anyway, we needed a cloth to wipe down the surfaces. We got the washing up liquid and dishcloth promptly but the requested tea towel didn’t appear. The television only provided a few terrestrial tv channels. We found that the Ariel cable had fallen out of the wall socket because the connector was broken. We pushed it back in and wedged it there by running the stiff cable upwards touching the back of the tv. We were able to retune the tv and get all the channels. We reported the faulty cable because if the tv is moved, the cable may fall out and channels will be lost again. The flat was hot because of the weather and the fan supplied worked well although it had evidently been dropped as the base was broken, which we reported as soon as we saw. Construction on a complex opposite was very noisy but didn’t start until 9am on work days and was finished by 5:30pm. The noise and heat meant a balancing act whether to open windows for cooling or close for peace and quiet. Outside construction hours, the flat was very peaceful, even with windows open. If the apartment had been on the other side of the building, the heat and noise would probably not have been an issue at all. The location was excellent for Kew Gardens and public transport was very easy. The link to videos to see how to find the apartments was good. There were a few tea bags and coffee sachets provided and the cooking facilities and wifi were fine. Would we stay there again? Yes, but we’d ask ahead that dishwashing facilities were available before we arrived as that’s just a basic requirement if you’re self-catering in a rented property.

        The room was ideal for my wife and I, with excellent facilities (although instructions on how to operate the washer-drier would be useful). The site was convenient to walk to Kew Gardens and public transport into London, with two pubs close by - but is in the middle of a massive building site. The computerised booking system is rather opaque for an older person, but on the phone the staff were wonderfully helpful and kind.
