At first if there were no lady on bookstore you will find it difficult since the number stated is not the number that you can reach out via international phone There were no elevators u need to bring up your back if your room at 3rd floor then congrats you just work up to bring your luggage This hotel is a self check in where they give u code and u take the keys in front of the door My room was quite dirty since the bed cover had a lot of stain, the ceiling had spider web and some uncover cable hanging also there were leftovers on the fridge which i think it is from previous customer For the location it is quite strategic since you can go to most of the attraction by walking. And since this is not a hotel, there were no daily cleaning, if you want them to clean your room they will charge you for every cleaning Overall i enjoy the location but not the room that i stayed

Self-service check-in here. So 2 stars because I cannot imagine if you don't have local people to support you. You may struggle with online stuff for a while. Location 5 star because it very convenient as located close to many restaurants, bar and convenient store like (family mart) but talking about the hotel it's self, it is hiding in the second and third floor of a building where the first floor is Xu food(Korean food). You have to go down to the parking lot to use the stare to your room. Room 4 star as it is big enough to have a space to sit, drink and cook separately from the bedroom. The restroom is fine as well. The window locates to get enough light (even some concern about privacy from outside).

The room was great and nice location, but the electric door had a keypad and would not open. We were outside trying over and over again for an hour, but the right place to save money; that's how you lose customers the other neighbors were leaving for the same reason.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
