Not sure why so many poor reviews. We stayed here and stayed at the top floor. Be mindful of the check in process and CALL THEM on your way from the airport as they ask for your passport / visa (sent via WhatsApp). There is no reception desk it's like an air BNB l. They send you a link with codes for the entrance door and key lock outside your room. We had to get a lift and climb a windy staircase but the apartment itself was very clean. Super comfy bed. Bedroom was secured too with another electronic lock. Balcony too! Be careful of the keycards and take both with you though! Any issues we had we had fast responses via WhatsApp. Generally a very pleasant stay!

The place was absolutely filthy. Previous occupant's hairband (with hair) left on bed, rubbish on furniture and under sofa, old tooth brush left in the bathroom, dead ants on surfaces (who knows if there was any ant spray on the plates and cups). The fridge still had old veg in it. They made us wait for check in saying it was being cleaned, but it was disgusting when we arrived.

I'm so glad I read these reviews before I booked this place. I was so close to booking and I would have been absolutely peeded off to arrive and have to start cleaning my room.
