3.6 “Don’t do it!” Don’t be fooled by the nice looking photos. The room was not well cleaned, TVs don’t work, balcony door doesn’t lock properly and the only on site attendant is a weird grumpy old guy who smokes non stop and walks around topless when he’s not asleep. It’s amateur hour here. The online team are good and responsive but once we were at the property we did not feel relaxed at all.

The business owner should have a look at the consumer’s feedbacks about the receptionist. He is a temperated and aggressive guy that easily temperated and screaming at the guests. I have witnessed this behavior of him multi times per week and have heard most of his conversations at the guest’s check in- He does speak loud at the gate and interrogate the guests. This guy has no classes at all with big ego and loves to mock the guest anytime he has a chance. At that stage of age, everyone would be calm and well manage self emotions but he is an exception. I have no idea what is he trying to show the others. I see only the bad from him during the years of watching him “doing business”. Last 2 weeks he had a fight with the neighbor just because the fallen leafs from their balcony. He is rarely wears a top, at his bottom always a pair of shorts that actually is a boxer. He does have the TV as loud as I could hear it from houses away. Imagine your room was at the ground or the first floor. I can confirm all the complains below about his behavior is true. A real male version of Ms. Karen. If you don’t want to be pathetic at the check in and humiliated by him, rethink before complete your booking with this hotel. Today, a big fight and he was extremely screaming to someone plus the sounds of things being thrown was The last draw and I decided to write something here.

Horrible place - photos are very old so you will get dirty room with broken stuff Host also isn’t good - he think that it is ok that the difference between photos and reality is huge

No room services and cleaning No hospitality Lizards and insects are roaming in room No telephone in room for help from reception Staff is not helpful Worst decision to stay with them. Dirty and blocked toilets Very bad experience overall. In similar or less rates you can get better place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
