Just complained to customer service about the noisy neighbour from 2 weeks ago and got no result. This neighbour resides at Chrysant 15 KF - likely only tenant, not the owner. They keep smoking with an open door, keep making noisy sounds, and always cooking with the open door. Clearly THEY DON'T READ HOUSE RULES AND THE CS DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. If you want some peace and clean air, you won't get it here. They let kids make noisy sounds and let the smoking neighbour open their doors so the smell roams around the corridor. The security guards can do nothing about it and absolutely almost no clean air around the corridors because of the cigarettes' smokes. The cleaning service always close the corridors windows so there's absolutely no air circulation and none of them seems to know about air circulation theory in apartments. So though there are cust services and securities, they can't solve ur problems anyways. And they don't provide call center outside customer service working hour, so if you got some neighbour problem or in the situation that might be dangerous for you, you must go out from ur unit and go down to the security so it's very inconvenient. Especially if you have some neighbour problem in the night, the call center number NOT WORKING and no one will answer ur call so it is very inconvenient and in some point, could be dangerous.

I dedicated the stars only for its strategic location and the Green Pramuka Square that recently opened. Other than that : the building is poorly built, not so friendly security people, the water system is kinda smelly, not 'green' at all, and HORRIBLE SIGNAL. If you're not using whatever internet cable they offer, please forget about having access. Stayed here temporarily for work, but not gonna extend my stay. Somehow I feel a bit of discrimination.

What is good here is the strategic location of it in between the centre and eastern part of the Capitol. Not to mention there is one mall in the complex, so quiet a complex I can say. Yet, things to note are the parking facility is a typical tricky parking lots of Jakarta. Other facilities are still an okay tho.

+ strategic location, numerous convenience stores in each tower, and a mall within the same complex - noisy neighbors - thin walls. You can hear your neighbors talking from your room - the corridor is sometimes smelly - the apartment is small, even for a 2BR - there are many weirdo teens and foreigners; and it feels like you live in a cheap apartment. - Issue with cockroaches

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
