This was our last hotel on a 3 week tour of the country and I was pretty disappointed. We spent the most per night on this place and it was my least favourite. Pros: Clean bed Nice art Minimum street noise Staff was nice enough Cons: They did not clean our room the first day despite having the sign hung on the door. When I asked about it that night I was told that they didn’t because I hadn’t asked. I pointed out that this was a hotel and that daily housekeeping was an expectation. The second day, was told there wouldn’t be cleaning because the maid is off today. Finally got a clean on day 3 The window looks directly at the wall of the next building No coffee or tea Limited plug-ins and they are in inconvenient locations Weird bathroom setup with the shower not being separated - it was constantly wet as we often showered more than once a day Internet was mediocre at best You can hear other guests loud and clear in the middle of the night

Stayed here because of links to cozy house 160 which is now permanently closed. Staff is nice but room isn’t great.. it was very cheap though - so fair enough I guess (about $15/ night). Mattress is not good for the back.. Aircon is good (but a bit too dry) Room was clean / sheets towels clean The bathroom drain clogs a bit during shower.. so maybe bathroom not very clean

I have stayed here a couple of nights at first but fell in love with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the place. In total I must have stayed here for 2 weeks. Location is perfect. Right next to the beginning of the popular walking street. Not loud at all. Always a comfortable sleep.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
