The cheap apartment with good maintenance and environment! So clean and the staffs are responsive and friendly! I really love the lobby! Small apartment with only 2 towers but the lobby is really awesome and large.. Sometime I bring and read book here or sit around the pool. Every 2 weeks there's food festival and many events here.. So creative and feel like homey 😊 It's near to ITC Cipulir and Gandaria City Mall and Kebayoran Traditional Market. Near to public transportation. But the gym is small, sometime I'm too bored because no place to spend time when get bored, just lobby or around swimming pool :( The water here isn't really clean, I rent for a studio room was 3.500.000 IDR (2019) monthly for 3 months contract with full furnished :D So far so much good with the price, worth it! I'll miss this place ☺

Quite embarrassing seeing the sign tax overdue place right in front of the building. However the place it good management is improving due not consistent on people lot of new faces and new reception but they all serve well. The management also can flexible regarding movement and in outbound. But still they rules not follow up by regular checking in each floor. So the regulation display in each elevator somehow is contradicted with what happen actual. The security and the receptionbis nice and friendly their accommodate the user needs good. Despite the traffic condition surrounding the place is located in strategic location nearby gandaria city and exit highway road JORR so it's only take less than hour to reach airport but the downside is car parking in main road which make the road more narrow and not easy to access by 2 car, parking it's not provided as accoring number of tenant nor limited. The pool mostly use by people outside the apartmen during weekend and it not maintain well u can see dirt and bench and sofa

it's a very good and strategic place to live and also the developer seem's to maintain this place very well. but some people here tend to park two car in this apartment so it's hard to park your car here, they have a little lot for motorcyle and bicycle.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
