Never have a worst customer service in my life! The restaurant was empty so I asked if I could sit next to the window but the giy said no. I asked why and he just repeated himself. Next I ordered a soup and soju and asked if they had the rice wine. He told me to look at the menu. I looked at him and said I was checking bc I couldn't find on the menu. He told me to translate on google and when I did he said soju was rice wine. At this point I was just angry. I told him to bring Magoli (???) and the soup. He brought the rice wine over ice and with edamame. Both waiters set on a chair a few tables after mine, making it clear the soup wouldn't happen. The worst customer service I had in Japan by far. . I paid my bill and left without drinking the disgusting wine He brought me. Shame on this place.

When I came to Shin-Okubo for work, I wanted to eat something that wasn't spicy, so I came to this restaurant because I was drawn to the possum and many small dishes. The inside of the store was clean and I could see people passing by from the windows on the second floor, and the sunlight was warm and pleasant. The store clerk was also a nice person who quickly said, ``I'll lower the blinds (^^)''. The food was very delicious! The cheese in the cheese tonkatsu was melty and the pork was cooked properly, and the possum was soft and delicious. The soup was piping hot and had a good balance of umami and saltiness. There was also an all-you-can-drink option, so I would like to go at night next time.

I went to [YOI], which is about a 3-minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station! I wanted to go to a different restaurant for lunch than usual, so I discovered it while exploring Shin-Okubo! ! It's like this 24-hour shop! The store was quite crowded, but I happened to be able to come to the store without lining up, so I was lucky! Looking at the menu, the lunch menu is 1,200 yen. Wow, that's cheap! ! There were various options, but I ordered the short ribs set meal. There were quite a few people so we waited for about 30 minutes, but we arrived! that? The quantity is larger than it looks on the menu, lol It was more delicious than I expected! Regarding the small bowls, there may be some subtleties. Refills seem to be free, so I think it's a good value for money! I will use it again if I become a lunch refugee in Shin-Okubo! Oh, it seems like it's open 24 hours a day, so if you're into drinking, it's pretty stylish inside, so it might be a good idea! ! ! ! ! !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
