A lovely hotel in a quiet location but 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the main town. The room was excellent. The rooftop pool ideal for an afternoon rest after walking and browsing the streets. Breakfasts were great - with perhaps the best egg counter on our 4 week far eastern trip. A highlight was borrowing bikes to explore nearby Cam Kim Island. Wonderful. All the staff were friendly and helpful. A special mention to Daisy for a comprehensive welcome and introduction. (And, PS, our room was fine!)

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful city, l will aways have very fond memories of Hoi An and of this hotel, by far the best accommodation on our 4 week trip to Asia. The hotel is positioned on the edge of the old town, so most things are within walking distance. The hotel has everything you could need, breakfast was very good as was the restaurant service available throughout the day. They made a special effort to cater for my partner's gluten intolerance. The staff were friendly, approachable and respectful. This young team are a credit to the hotel, the polar opposite of the indifferent service we get in the UK. Vi in particular chatted with us daily to make sure everything was in order. Her courtesy and efficiency were outstanding.

Cozy Savvy Boutique and the villas are fantastic places to stay in Hoi An. The rooms are clean, pretty, and overall very good. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. All of the staff are wonderful, and they will help you with anything you need. When you first arrive, they will ask what your interests are and recommend some locations to visit. Beyond this, they will always check that you are comfortable and always say ‘hi’. The service is easily 5-star worthy. Location is nice and you can use the free bikes to quickly get to Old Town.

One of the best kept secret for Hoi An especially if you want to visit the old town or night market. It's in a corner across the bridge which means it's quiet. It's an easy 10m walk to the old town and night market. It is cute and quaint, rooms were good. The staff were fantastic, they were welcoming at check in and check out. Daisy (Phuong) at reception was fantastic, she even had breakfast bags ready for us due to our early flight. Rooms were adequately equipped, nothing too fancy but all functional. Had a massage there and it was great! My daughter left her jacket there and they were able to find it and even arranged for it to be there at our next hotel! Amazing, will definitely use them again when I am in Hoi An.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
