        We loved everything about this property! were super friendly and gave us a great tour, the building itself was beautifully decorated, and the grounds well kept, the rooms and facilities clean and warm. It had great character and felt almost magical - it’s clear that a lot of thought, care and effort have gone into making this a perfect B&B. The food was tasty and fresh. Was in a very central location. It was an absolute pleasure to stay her. Highly recommend. It was all a great experience!

        I do not recommend. I am strongly dissatisfied. Company did last minute change - reason "Emergency". As a replacement we received a cheaper apartment but no return of money! Change done just before plane departure to London. Regular CHEATERS. Apartment ordered for 8 people was changed to apartment for 6 people.

        This guy has had our booking since March and decided to cancel it the day before we arrive and given it to the highest bidder, knowing we won’t be able to get anywhere else on such short notice. Pure greed. Do not trust this man/ company unless you’re prepared to be let down. He’s broken his agreement. And yes, I’ve seen you replied that it wasn’t in my name and your right. It was in my friends names and we rebooked it in another friends name to see if that would change anything and you cancelled the new one as we were travelling down to Hatfield, presumably as you’d received a higher bidder. You know what you did and it’s wrong. We booked in good faith and you cancelled again. Fortunately we found alternative accommodation with a company that can be trusted. I’ve no reason to fabricate a story or pretend that I’ve made a booking, it was in my friends name, 2 different friends booked 2 different reservations and both were cancelled. One the day before we traveled after being booked since March and the other one the next day, on the day we travelled. I can write this with a clear conscience, you can’t. Seriously, do not use this company unless you want to be let down. Go for a more trusted and reputable company. If anyone wishes to doubt me, please see other reviews that I’ve posted. Always positive ones. I just don’t want any more customers to fall in the same trap we did ….. twice !!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
