Great hotel. We experienced very nice and supporting staff. Uncomplicated and quick check in process. Our room was ready before official check in time. We could leave our luggage after check out. Our room was perfect for our stay. Quite big for Hongkong hotel rooms. For anyone who is in Hongkong for the first time, the view (day and night) is simply breathtaking. Food, restaurants and cafes around the corner

Amazing experience here. Stayed at the very spacious VIP room on the 10th floor and has magnificent seaview. Great staycation with family and there is a karaoke and very comfortable sofas. Spacious ensuite room with a massive bath and windows to the ceiling overlooking Hong Kong. Best view out of all the hotels I have been to. Big fridge to store all the party food and kept the drinks nice and cold. The staff gave us great service and delivered the food from the restaurant to our room nice and hot. Gourmet Italian food with many choices. Bumped into the owner of this hotel and he was very friendly, welcoming and treated me like a VIP. Couldn't have asked for a better experience as it is very clean and modern design. Would love to stay here again for a birthday party or staycation with boyfriend. Most convenient location and only a 7 minute walk to Times Square Causeway Bay! Can't wait to visit again.

DO NOT COME. This hotel has horrible customer service. Me and my partner are currently in Korea and cannot come because of the Omicron Covid Variant barring Non-HK residents from entering Hong Kong. They refused to provide a refund even under these unforeseen events. Would not recommend a hotel that doesn't care about their customers or their reputation to foreigners.

Was the best relaxing stay I've had in a long time. The Italian restaurant downstairs is lovely and the staff made my stay extra special!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
