        I stayed recently for a couple of nights and had an excellent experience. George and Andreea were very accommodating, sorting my room so I could check in early and storing my luggage on the last day. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

        Very nice location. I stayed 3 nights for business. No cleaning service for the 3 nights. Room was very nice with all what you need for a business trip but don"t be claustrophobic, lack of air in the room. And sadly,yYou can see '' DO NOT" everywhere in the room. Feeling that you are not welcomed. Do not do this or that or we charge you big time. I will stay elsewhere next business trip.

        We stayed here in the penthouse apartment for 6 nights, and experience was not good right from the start. Check in time was supposed to be at 3PM. We arrived and tried to enter our apartment right at 3PM as we had just arrived in London after a 9 hour redeye flight and just wanted to rest. We were greeted by the cleaning person who was still in the apartment and appeared to have just started cleaning. We were told we had to leave and come back later so he could finish cleaning. It took another 45 minutes of just having to sit there while the cleaning was finished. The washing machine in our unit was also broken. The door was locked shut. I will say that their maintenance person, George, did arrive to try to fix the machine very quickly but was unable to fix it. He also washed our clothes for us since he couldn't get the machine fixed during our stay, which was nice. There were also several other smaller issues with the apartment such as, no sponges in the kitchen, no instructions on how to use the appliances, very low water pressure in the shower, and very soft water, terrible pillows, the list goes on. I will say however that the apartment was quiet at night, and in an excellent location. Overall I would not recommend staying in this apartment to anyone, and would not stay here again myself.

        I stayed there 1 month, and I really enjoyed it. It’s clean, well equipped and quite new inside. The location is perfect (a lot of buses and tube station at 8mn walking). A lot of shops and restaurants around. I recommend !

        No idea how this scores so highly. It’s advertised as a serviced apartment but if you stay for more than one day you don’t get your room cleaned or turned. 8 big industrial bags of linen blocking half of the stairway (and it was there for the 2 days) toilet bin still had sanitary products in it. Phoned to make a comment that the room wasn’t made up for my 2nd day and was advised they only turn the room every 7 days and somebody would be out to empty the bin - this never happened. For £500 + for two days I find it completely over rated.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
