Titanium Member: Date of stay: 17 to 23 January. Room: Junior Suite. The greeting was great. Our luggage was whisked away and placed in the spacious closet before we arrived at our room. Welcome gifts were already in our room and the porters quickly provided us with additional drinking water -- without our request. The room was well equipped and had a great terrace. Chocolates and drinking water were delivered to our room everyday of our stay promptly at 1700. After the first day....the housekeeping staff saw our needs and the room was re-stocked accordingly. The housekeeping staff did a marvelous job cleaning our room everyday. In fact...i have a large coffee mug that I travel with and it was cleaned everyday !! The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance to all major sites and the metro is very handy. We would never have known the casino was connected and the rooms were very very quiet. Almost eerily quiet. Great job by all at this hotel !!

Bad service. This hotel is in a great location by managed very, very, very poorly. We come to madrid from the US between 3 -and 5 times a year and stay around this area. This is the first time we stay at this hotel. We’re titanium members and after multiple and explicit attempts we’ve not been able to get our room cleaned and stocked. We’ve spoken and asked, we’ve been nice and given a timeframe to do the simple task of cleaning the room. No one listens and no one acts. This is a bunch of useless people pretending they care when they don’t. Stay somewhere else and live without the status and points shackle .

What a beautiful hotel and room. We love staying at Autograph collection hotels. Each one is unique and has its own vibe. The Círculo Gran Vía is brilliantly located and close to everything. We had a junior suite which was beautiful and so comfortable. A bit of street noise due to proximity to Gran Vía but we live in the heart of a large city so didn’t really bother us. Not a lot of amenities but that’s what the Autograph collection is about - more like luxury apartments, well located with basic but well appointed amenities. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We arrived early from a long haul flight and as a Marriott gold member were hoping we could check in early but had to wait until regular check in at 3. The would be the only downside. We’d stay here again in Madrid.

I stay at this hotel when in Madrid. Excellent location with many activities near by. The casino is next to the hotel; I'm not a gambler so I cannot say anything about it. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and make great recommendations for dinner, lunch and other places that may be of interest. The neighborhood behind the hotel is full of shops and restaurants, and just a little further across the Gran Via is more

The hotel is a wonderful discovery! The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel welcomes its Marriott Bonvoy members with all the benefits, including upgrades! The hotel is incredibly located close to many restaurants and bars, but within the hotel rest assured that there is no noise and you can sleep very well. An excellent address: beautiful rooms, friendly staff and a great location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
