Clean & nice room with reasonable price. Really appreciate what they offered me. I arrived in Munich at 9am after a long night trip and just need a bed to recover for a few hours before the next journey. I have made a couple of phone calls to some hotels, motels nearby but no one let me checking-in that early. Finally I got Creatif elephant and the receptionist woman was really nice to me, she even offered me a discount and I really appreciate that so much! Once again thank you so much 🥰🥰🥰

Still couldn’t imagine it happened. There is a really big concern about the safety and security living in this hotel. I took a shower with the door closed. But the bathroom door couldn’t be opened afterwards due to a wooden plate. It’s completely stalled by the plate. I couldn’t get out at all. Without my mobile, I had to make lots of noise to get attention from the hotel. Huge safety concern!! Three guys finally came to check after about 30 minutes. When they opened my room door with the backup key, they even said they are not working here but just help. I believe they were just trying to shirk the responsibility. However, if they don’t work there, how did they get the backup key??? Another security concern! Due to some early activities, I left before their reception starts in the next day so didn’t get a chance to clarify all of these. Strongly recommend you considering it twice when you want to stay here!!!

The place I was for a night was small but really nice and cozy also very quiet and beautiful! The reception helped me a lot with my stay and also told me some tips for the city and how to get to know the city! Would recommend!

This is a basic hotel literally three mins walk from the main railway station in Munich. It’s not flash but it has all you need and it all works. Including a handy dandy radio built into the hairdryer in the bathroom. The staff are super helpful and engaged and good for a chat. It’s worth paying for the breakfast buffet - it’s good and the odd hard boiled egg or piece of fruit is a useful snack during the day. Also, they let you use their coffee/tea machines all day. Good people.

Stayed here for 1 night, the location is great only a 5 min walk to the station for a decent price. However my room wasnt cleaned properly (still hairs in bed from the previous guest) The receptionist was very nice and helpful so i'd say that all and all it was average

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
