Stayed at the presidential suite with my husband. Overall, amazing and beautiful hotel! The hotel was super clean, room was very spacious and luxurious, and pool was big, heated and secluded. Pretty good breakfast buffet with decent variety, but coffee was really bad (except the very first day!) Being able to order breakfast to the room would have been nice. Staff were great and super nice. However I’d probably look for spa treatment elsewhere (meaning not the hotel spa). One employee from the spa was really, really pushy - to the point where it got uncomfortable for us. She seemed so nice that I decided to head to the spa and ask about the treatments offered while my husband was in the gym, and I told her I would head back to the room and discuss with my husband what service to choose and come back. Instead, she literally insisted on following me back to our room to talk to my husband herself, and basically try to FORCE him to book our treatments right then and there, and to bring our credit card to the spa to pay right away. My husband was caught off-guard and so confused with her showing up on our private terrace. It honestly got really uncomfortable having someone standing in our private space forcing us to do something. I also saw her being very rude to another employee at the spa, and I was just turned off by the whole thing that I didn’t even want to book anything with them, and ended up going to another spa.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to in my life. We were greeted in the lobby with a welcome drink, and chatted with the nice lady at the reception. We were then driven to our room, and shown the basic layout and inclusions of our room. Our luggage arrived approximately 5 minutes after we did. We had cookies and a small bottle of Ouzo as a welcome waiting for us in our room. We stayed in the Suite with plunge pool overlooking the sea. The views are incredible. The pool is heated to the perfect temperature and Lounging beds are very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are nice and fluffy. Room AC works great, as does the minibar. Water is included free of charge. The shower is HUGE. The hotel provides all necessary toiletries so no need to pack your own. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge selection of proteins, cheeses, salad options, breads, fresh fruit and pastries. By far the best breakfast buffet I've had in Europe.

We're wrapping up a wonderful 4 nights here and we don't want to leave. The service is impeccable and so welcoming. There are so many unexpected treats and nice touches throughout. Everyone is ready with a smile. The rooms are modern, clean and very spacious. The aircon works well and we really appreciated the high quality toiletries. You are 5 minutes walk from the village but have much more space and privacy here which I think is a good trade off for not having caldera views. You aren't overlooked and there's a big pool area. Then only a short walk to the village and caldera views. Finally, the breakfast is incredible! Such a great range and it was a nice way to try some traditional Greek cakes and savory pastries. We were so full every day. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we hope to be back!

A fantastic experience! Rooms bright, spacious and clean, with plenty of wardrobe space and a nice bathroom lay-out. My only "negative" is that it isn't super private if you're staying on the lower floor as people will be walking / driving by throughout the day - so make sure you're dressed whenever outside. The staff are very helpful and friendly, hugely appreciated the help I received when I lost my phone and tracked its location online - hotel management got in touch with their contact at police department, kindly asking them to help me locate my phone (which was found in a car, two hours later). They easily could have let it be, but they genuinely wanted to help me and when I returned to hotel with my phone, they were as ecstatic as I was! The spa was incredible, with top service and quality of massages were up there. They even gave me several full-sized skin / body care products as a thank you - so generous and not expected! The restaurant / bar staff are lovely. The food isn't spectacular, but good enough for a short stay. If you're looking for some luxury in a quieter area (walking distance to Imerovigli), then this hotel won't disappoint.

The most friendly and genuinely caring hotel owner, staff also super friendly and providing excellent service at all times. Our stay at Cresanto was very relaxing, we did not want to leave. Our room was very neat, all facilities working as they should. Plenty of cupboard space for your luggage too. Highly recommend, it was a highlight of all our accommodation on our trip!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
