        Bad experience: a word of caution to those thinking about staying with the owner of apartment A-16-05 called Rachid, from Morocco: don't. We stayed there for a few days while my partner was getting treatment for her cancer. Rachid took 100myr deposit from us which we thought was fine. Well I won't be giving deposits to people that easily anymore. When we arrived the room wasn't cleaned, the bed sheets were still dirty from the previous guest and which we cleaned ourselves, and even though the room was an ensuite the toilet was blocked which made it unusable and also had fecal remnants of the previous guest. If I hadn't already paid I would have left already but I decided to just grind it out for a few days because I knew getting my money back would be a hassle. One night I stayed at the hospital with my partner and I hadn't been in the room for at least 24 hours. I came back and noticed the plastic clock on the wall had fallen down. I took a picture of it and informed Rachid. So besides this not even being my fault, this was an old plastic clock already broken (see top of image), probably cost about 10myr new, and was stuck to the wall with a sticker which had obviously lost its ability to hold a clock (see attached picture.) A replacement clock would have cost about 10myr, supergluing the crack it had got would have been almost free, and ignoring the small crack would probably have gone unnoticed. But no, Rachid decided that it was worth keeping my 100myr deposit. There is nothing I can do to get my money back but I can post here to warn others not to deal with the scammer Rachid. There are lots of great AND cheap places to stay in KL with honest and friendly people so my advice is look elsewhere as this is not one of them.

        Things are getting stolen from the lobby . I am shocked now On top when requested guards to check , they don't have password for camera . Not sure how careless management operating this condo. Pls be careful for your things. This is the 2nd case today and no one taking looking into these serious issues.

        # The electricity tariff rate for residential condos in Kuala Lumpur is unreasonably higher than other residences. # The swimming pool is consistently dirty, and its condition is only apparent when one dives down. # There is a lack of a relaxing and friendly area adjacent to the swimming pool, making the setting less inviting. # The gym is very small and not comfortable for working out, especially when more than one person is present, as it feels cramped and limited in space.

        Renting here for 2 years, from July 2021 to June 2023. I moved out because 2 years is enough to stay here, and the rental fees will increase, which I think is not worth it with the facilities here. The apartment is 5 minutes walk away from Monorail Bukit Nanas station, 7 minutes walk away from LRT Dang Wangi station, and 16 minutes walk away from KLCC Tower. There is a minimarket on the ground floor at Mercu Summer Suite. The lobby is a bit gloomy, as is the parking space. Facilities so-so. The gym is small, and many machines are in bad condition and cannot be used. I stayed in the unit on level 23. The unit has a Petronas Twin Tower view from the living hall and a Saloma Bridge view from the master bedroom and second room. However, most furniture and appliances are not reliable and always have problems. The most stressful thing is having so many German roaches; even after killing all of them, they still keep coming. Thank you for 2 years!!

        Dodgy place. Booked in Jan for stay in April, booking confirmed. Arrival day call for key to unit, found out building been closed for long awhile. Why this place still advertised as open and taking payment for reservation! 81yrs old men stranded at airport 7 hrs to get another replacement unit and management doing nothing to help. Too many scammer looking for easy money. Doesn't deserve 1 star at all.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
