        Standard 4 star Hotel chain. Clean well appointed rooms. However, my room window could not close completely. On our final day I requested a late checkout as we wanted to make full use of our time in Cape Town. Although we were offered this at a fee when I went down to reception to pay, I was told that it wasn't possible due to a large busload of guests arriving at 3 pm. Strange, however, I was in the reception of the hotel from 2.45 pm awaiting our taxi to the airport, and no bus load to guests appeared!!!

        Very Beautiful hotel, with all you want in it, a lunge to chill in the evening after a beautiful day out. Lovely staff very helpful especially Lucia, from the day I walked in as a tourist, she was the Angel God sent my way to ensure i had an amazing time. Least I forget, the breakfast spread had a lot of varieties. Enjoyed every bit of my stay, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you

        I have stayed only one night in the hotel, but my experience was horrible. Rooms are decent but would expect better for 4 star hotel. However, the main reason I rate this hotel so bad is because of the disturbance by hotel staff. From 0830 until 1100 I was disturbed 5 times by different people for various reasons such as checking my phone, than asking about check out time, checking my lights and fixtures for next guests, again confirming my check out time etc... Not enjoying experience.

        On my first night, I woke to find cockroaches running about. I raised this with the duty manager at breakfast. I then had a chat with the Assistant Housekeeping Manager who told me they had the rooms fumigated. Evidently, some bugs were missed. Ok - maybe they can deal with it. On night four of my visit, the bugs were back. This time, the desk person was completely uninterested. I found the parking area terrible (mid size SUV), the kitchen was mediocre, my bed was broken and the room's carpet was worn. To cap it, the elevators were inoperative on a 16 story building. No - this was not a power failure issue. Frankly, this hotel does not warrant the 4 Stars it claims. It's awful.

        Good hotel but our flush had issues on the first day. No one really came to check in until we called the reception thrice. Still the issue was there. my husband ended up fixing it himself. Don't expect such services from a 4 star hotel. the stay otherwise was comfortable.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
