We had a 10 day stay at Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan and it was absolutely beautiful. The entire complex is breathtaking and perfectly maintained. All the staff worked incredibly hard to ensure we had an unforgettable stay. Our special thanks goes to Grace, Joseph, Noel, Albert, Paul and Clare, who really looked after us. The food was excellent, big compliments to the entire kitchen. The infinity pool was beautiful and huge. We would book this hotel again at any time. THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to the time I checked out, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. First and foremost, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. The level of hospitality and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. From the front desk personnel who greeted me warmly upon arrival to the housekeeping staff who ensured my room was always immaculate, every member of the team contributed to making my stay memorable. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the culinary experience. The food served at the hotel's restaurants was nothing short of extraordinary. The Azure beach bar, in particular, stood out with its delightful blend of local/regional dishes and western-inspired classics. The menu offered a diverse selection that catered to every palate, and each dish was executed with finesse and flavor. I must give a special shout-out to the talented bar staff, especially the bar maestro at Azure beach bar. Their expertise in crafting cocktails was truly remarkable. From classic concoctions to innovative blends, every drink was a work of art. I highly recommend visiting during happy hour to savor these delightful creations at a great value. Would like to say thanks to Mitch, Nick and all the staff at the Azure. Moreover, The tropical serene atmosphere, coupled with breathtaking views of the ocean, created the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment. Whether lounging by the pool or basking in the sun on the beach. I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return for another memorable stay in the near future.

One of the best hotels a stayed at. They pay attention to the details, the breakfast is really good, the pool is very nice and quiet. No mosquitoes. The rooms could be a bit more isolated (we did hear the people in the room next to us).

We came here for the spa and came back for the pool day use! As our friendly staff had guided us, there was a bubble party starting from 11am - 3pm (only on Saturdays so time wisely.)! The Foam.Fizz.and Fun party was so cool and fun! They had a DJ and bubble foam!!! We had so much fun!!! We didn’t know time was passing by! It included meals and drinks from Azure Beach Club enough to order a burger set, 3 fresh fruit drinks, a mocktail, and an ice americano! Would definitely come back here for a relaxing and stress-relieving weekend! Thanks so much for greeting us!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
