Excellent service, good views and quite comfortable rooms. Is right in front of a bus station and metro is 2mins walking distance. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. I’m only missing a gym.

Bad hotel! It’s maximum 2 stars, forget about 4*. The rooms are dated and need renovation, broken furniture, not clean bedding. There’s no insulation and you can hear everything from the neighbours room.. It’s a cheap hostel with the high price. Giving 2* because the breakfast was fine, otherwise will rate it 0. Avoid!!!

It's not a great hotel, the room I was in was dated and dirty in some places. This wouldn't be so bad if they didn't advertise as 4 star. The walls were also quite thin so you can hear everyone out in the corridor at night or in the next room. Service was OK but a bunch of us struggled to get irons having to call up multiple times only to be told they would deliver one in a minute, and then nothing showing

terrible hotel. bar seems to open at random times and only for an hour or so at the whim of the staff. no water ot tea/coffee in the rooms. rooms are far too hot.. air-conditioning doesn't work even in winter. extremely noisy if tou are on the side of rhe Road. shower temperature depends on whether someone else has just switched on thiers .. you can have a random choice of freezing cold or scalding hot... coffee machines at breakfast..you get about a third of a cup of coffee out of them. no irons in the room so you have to ask for one .. TV has only 4 channels working no guides or information on facilities in the room.. basicly way over priced.. WiFi in the room didn't work

Location is perfect. Staff is friendly. Rooms are dated. No common area to work with a laptop which seems odd for a business hotel. Overall good stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
