Conveniently located right in the centre this is a super friendly pub and ideal for anyone wanting to catch up on sport or looking for an early morning drink, since it opens from an early hour. Bar staff are pleasant and the large screens throughout give a modern sports bar vibe. Plenty of drink options are available and prices reasonable. Food isn’t offered until around midday but the crowd prior to that friendly. Great place and I’ll be returning for sure!

Good beer at a reasonable price served in a friendly, fresh and clean environment. Had some food off the menu which was to our liking as well, but a side order of chips with gravy will do for two hungry mouths. Hope to frequent again before moving on from Sydney.

Good place to watch the NFL but it doesn't have the entire NBA. 😢 the option in beer are nice but some are more expensive than normal. the pork belly was very good

Upon entering the hotel, an unpleasant odor greeted me, and the reception at the bar felt unwelcoming. The staff, particularly the lady who assisted me, seemed disinterested. The absence of an elevator forced me to carry a heavy suitcase up two floors. The room, though compact, emitted an unpleasant and funky smell.

We flew down to see an exhibition at the Australian museum and to see Corey Taylor at the Metro theatre. The Criterion was the perfect accommodation. Inexpensive, central with a great downstairs bar and delicious food. We'll definitely be back

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
