        Loved our three day stay here. Housekeeper did an amazing job preparing our room. She was also very sweet and friendly. Beds were clean, kitchenette was clean, bathroom was clean, towels were clean, everything was really nice. No street noise at night and we were lucky to have quiet neighbors during our stay. Great location, safe and secure pin-code door at the front of the apartments. Air conditioning was working great, and the room seemed renovated. I’d come back here 100% Would come back if I get the chance 🙏

        At the beginning they were inform us before the arrival lots of time. Their instructions are well prepared and you know what you do and how can you find the apartment, keys. It makes you relax and look like very professional. Location is perfect. It’s almost near the Earl’s Court station, approximately 3-4 min walk. Apartment is well equipped, everything is exist that you need. It was clean. Staff is good, they provide everything that we want. In summary we were satisfied and we will prefer next time again. As cons, room was a bit small. It’s ok for two people but it might be hard for family with child.

        Wifi doesnt work, and our room was not cleaned at all for 5days. The only good thing about this place is location. In 3 minutes, you are in the Metro station and there are a lot of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around. It is also far away from the chaos of internal London, which makes it a quite and nice residential area.

        Location is not always everything. Avoid this place. When we arrived at 15:30 we entered the room and it was not clean. The cleaning ladycame downstairs and told us it was not ready and went away. We could hear her talking and laughing on the phone. We called the Reception and they said they will speak to their cleaning staff and they would call us back. They apparently had no other rooms available, and she never apologized or offered no compensation for the inconvenience.A few minutes later the cleaning lady came with another lady who said the room would be ready in an hour. We waited than an hour outside. The room is small, the bed is very small, the kitchenette is barely equipped. We also found a giant kitchen bug in the closet, Bad staff, bad services, AVOID THIS PLACE

        Location is perfect. Lots of restaurants, cafes, walking distance to the V&A and other museums. Grocery stores within blocks to stock the pantry for the useful kitchenette. Underground stations within minutes in multiple directions. Managers super responsive. We will stay here again. We travel light and do not like daily service. Service is available for longer stays. We only stayed for 6 days. Definitely coming back. Our new place. A gem. Easy, simple, comfortable.
