It looks like new but the shower 🚿 works badly , not enough water and cleaning was not the best.the big problem is ,you are on the train rails ! At 5 is laud and noise is there every 5 min .quite impossible to get a good night sleep. Earplugs are needed.

One of the worst hotel I have ever been to. This is a 1 star hotel, AVOID IT! 110€ per night… 🚷 at a first sign seems great but… read below ⬇️ WHAT I DISLIKED: 👎🏼The room was smelling really bad, like an perfume that penetrate your nose… it’s present all the day and night. It’s so disgusting. 👎🏼The rooms are everything but soundproof. You will be able to hear everything, from your neighbor’s alarm at 4 in the morning, the bathroom, the hairdryer etc… and the TRAIN 🚂 👎🏼 the bed really uncomfortable especially if you are a tall person (I’m 189cm) 👎🏼 bathroom, way to small and kind of dirty. 👎🏼 I tried to cancel my last day and they told me I would not get any refund… crazy! First time this happened. WHAT I LIKED: 👍🏻 Location, close to the train station

Nice central hotel with an affordable price. The room was ok, everything what was needed has been in the room, such as earplugs which are necessary since the railroad is close to the hotel. The room was fine for a 3 star hotel. A lot of restaurants around. Kind staff.

The hotel is on the train tracks, it is very noisy, impossible to get rest. Room was very dirty, with hear on the floor. Breakfast was very poor, one croissant, juice, yogurt and chips. And the worst thing is that they are thieves, we asked if it is possible to get the money(for breakfast) back, and they said of course, but we need few days to do the transfer. 3 weeks passed and we haven't received any money, and they even don't respond to our messages and emails. Very bad experience! Avoid this hotel! O stars!

This hotel is literally on train tracks, like 2 meters from it. Surprisingly it has very good isolation so you can easily sleep even with trains passing that close. You hear them but not that loud it sounds like they are in the distance. Room was clean and nice, it had fridge, safe, tv. Check in is bit complicated, you need to do it online through the app, it takes some time to enter all your infos + take a picture of your documents + selfy with you holding it. But when we arrived at reception i think it wouldn't be problem if we didn't do that, they would check us in on regular way. It's not a hotel you would book to spend vacation in it but for last day or two is perfect because it's 2 minute walking from Piramide train and bus stations with connections to everywhere, that we used to catch a train to the Fiumincino airport early in the morning. It's not expensive, it was about 65e double bed room for 2 of us. Receptionist was really polite and as i said room was perfectly clean and in good shape.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
