Rooms were old. Shower was bad no water. Staff was unfriendly and did not understand English. Breakfast was bad specially for people who didn't enjoy Phillipines cuisine. You had to pay for anything extra. At night karaoke was blasting like there is no tomorrow with people with bad voices. Do not recommend at all.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location..other than that..do not even bother to choose this hotel. They charge you for something so petty and falsely accuse the customer that they stained the sheet then pushes you to be charged of (something like 4k per sheet)..yikes!! Choose somewhere else guys!! Not worth it. Old hotel, there are better choices out there. The only thing also we appreciate was the doorman. He was polite. Be warned. ;)

The location is almost prime. The rooms are old, but definitely still ok. But the worst is the staff and service. The manager seems to run down the hotel on purpose. No maintenance of the all over facilities. Rain drops through the roof! In the evenings there is some Philippine karaoke, and not the good one with entertainment, but which really scares away customers or residents, who might still want to enjoy the atmosphere next to the pool with beach view. Breakfast is limited and predefined with kind of "a lá card" choices. Any small changes will result in totally overpriced charges. Still looks very pathetic for this level of hotel. For the name and reputation we expected totally different service. We never felt welcome as guests here! So sad!

Very old hotel that is in bad need of maintenance and renovations. The swimming pool does NOT work and everything is just old, worn out and dusty especially in the hallways. Staff is great, customer service is good. Location is a plus. I just wish they would spend time cleaning the common areas and put more light on hallways to at least brighten things up. Re-paint the walls. If you want clean and feel good holiday, this is not the hotel for you. The location is great.... right on the beach. The bathroom is not to standard. Smells musty and moldy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
