I'm not very happy with this hotel. There room cleaning will come any time between 10am and 3:30 pm. They don't give you 20 minutes if you're busy. They said they didn't have monthly rental rooms when I moved in then a couple days ago I found out it was a lie. The TV speakers were blown and I couldn't get a different room. I definitely would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

10/10 would recommend. The accommodation is very affordable. The rooms are clean. The staff were very friendly. We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights for an event and the overall experience is awesome. It is located near IT Park and is close to a lot of restaurants. There’s an ATM across the street and there’s ample parking space. The wifi is pretty reliable too.

A Convenient and Affordable Stay in Cebu We stayed for a few days while traveling between Cebu and other islands in the Philippines. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to IT Park and other restaurants and malls. We arrived early in the morning, at around 5:00am, and the staff were happy to check us in as early as 6:30am. This was a big help, since we were on a tight schedule. The rooms are spacious and decent, and they are dark, which is helpful if you need to sleep during the day. The beds are comfortable and the linens are clean. Wifi also works if you need some work to do! It is a convenient and affordable option for travelers who are looking for a place to stay in Cebu.

Room is clean and spacious with ref and electric kettle workspace area (table and chair) multi electric outlet ready Good wifi connection Hotel staff helpful and courteous Big parking space with Security 24/7 Big comfort room (downside) the shower located on top of tub (Inconvenient and prone to accident) must be extra careful if taking a bath (children and elderly must be supervised) Overall hotel establishment might be quite old nevertheless rooms are comfortable and very peaceful place to stay provides great amenities and security (Highly Recommended for family and couples)

You can tell that the place is old judging by the bathroom fixtures and the appliances they use in the room (fridge, aircon, and etc.). Nontheless, all these are still functional and still serves its purpose. Highly recommended for travellers who are travelling with their own vehicles since the establishment provides free parking! Our vehicle is safely parked om the ground floor where security is always present in the area. We stayed for 3 night here with my brother and both of us are impressed with the value we got from our stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
