We had the most wonderful 3 night stay in January for my daughters birthday. The front staff are so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is conveniently close to many restaurants and bars. The hotel is super clean as it's quite new, the beds are soft and comfortable! Recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Adelaide.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights over the weekend for his birthday. We originally booked a standard king room but once arriving in the room we felt it was too small for two nights so we rang reception to see if we could upgrade, they were so helpful and were up in our room within 5 minutes to move us to a premium king corner room on level 19. We were so glad we upgraded as the views were amazing. We booked breakfast with the room and were so surprised at the quality of the food, i'm not usually one to love buffet but it was delicious! Nancey in the breakfast restaurant was so helpful and remembered us each morning. We would stay at Crowne again any day.

Great hotel with excellent rooms and amenities. Slippers, robes, and complimentary water are always nice. Casting on TVs also works well. Very lovely staff but it seems some of them are not very good with business bookings. This caused some issues on the charges for me. But both times, it was fixed fast with a phone call. For me, the only downside was the pool. It was outdoor only accessible during daytime and warm weather, and no indoor showers.
