My visit was a nice experience. The room was comfortable and was a good value for the money. The people were great. The staff was great. Housekeeping, the restaurant, and the front desk people were wonderful. The location was great, but with construction everywhere, especially the subway, I would have stayed outside the downtown area. Plenty of parks, museums, the SkyTower, and short walk to the waterfront nearby. I was told construction should wrap up in 2025.

Great location if you looking for the accommodation in the city. Skytower is almost next door. Lots of cafe and restaurants with great food options nearby. Parking is paid here. Hotel gives you option of break fast which was great the way. I prefer this during my business trips to Auckland.

Ideal for anyone wanting to be downtown. We stayed the night before a cruise. It is only a walk to Queens Wharf. Rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable. The only thing missing was a spoon for stirring coffee/tea. We had a very efficient gentleman at the counter. Would highly recommend .

Location is of course fabulous being central city, however I'm not happy with the lack of amenities in the rooms. There was no microwave or kitchen sink, we had to wash things in the bathroom sink and we were given only 2 cups, mugs, wine glasses and tea spoons, meanwhile we required knives and plates at the very least for the food we brought. I was disappointed at the lack of tea bags and the minimal amount of milk. For the price of over $200 a night you'd expect more. We also weren't notified of the parking provided by the hotel and so paid at the machine instead. The concierge did not charge us more because of this faux pas which was lovely of them however more awareness around this service would have been helpful.

We love every bit of our stay. Its really hard to fault this property. Great service and room was well presented. Shopping, dining, attractions all in proximity. Will definitely come back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
