Great hotel with top of the bill rooms. Airco and bathroom were also up to standard. Friendly staff and an amazing breakfast buffet. Only a few minor issues while staying here. The gym was very warm, too warm to workout. Also the wifi quality and site blocking (like google maps) were disappointing. And lastly the location is not close to the action and so you’re always waiting for a taxi, however the staff is very helpful and there is also a subway station nearby. All in all, great stay.

Nice hotel with extremely friendly staff allover! The rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice walk-in shower. They also provide a luxury bathrobe for you pleasure. In the Market restaurant, lobby level, you can enjoy drinks and some great food. I've ordered the Nasi Goreng and the presentation and taste was wonderful. Although the location of the hotel is pretty far from the city but next to the hotel there is a great mall with some fine restaurants and shops. I found this hotel a very relaxing place to stay.

Nice hotel with good rooms. The hotel staff started out with a good first impression we arrived and waited in line and another guest tried going directly to the counter before us when it was our turn the staff asked him to please wait inline. This is unusual for China as usually they just accept people cutting the line. The room is nice it's big. The hotel isnt in the best location not much around other than a shopping mall. The breakfast was average hotel buffet breakfast.

Very nice hotel with a swimming pool and a variety of cuisine at the breakfast bar. The rooms and clean and nice. The staff is helpful, but doesn’t speak english really well. I had my birthday during the stay and the hotel gave me a beautiful cake as gift.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
