Overall a good stay there. They have friendly staff except that the house keeper broke in on the first day without knocking the door and didn’t clean the room on the third day. Also, one Asian-look staff at the restaurant entrance seemed not skilled in looking for guests’ names in the breakfast list. But considering the price and the superior location, it would still be a good choice. Advice: it would be better if the air conditioner gets upgraded and pillow&quilt cover not suits that well.

Very good hotel, clean, comfortable and with a very good location in the center. Breakfasts are very plentiful and have a large selection of dishes. Room conditions at a high standard (fridge, kettle, safe, wardrobe, comfortable beds)

Good hotel which remember old, good times of the West Berlin, located precisely in the center of this historical district. However standard of the rooms and bathrooms has not much to do with CROWNE and PLAZA - it’s still comfy and equipped with all amenities. Rooms looks like teleported from 1978, but not only rooms - elevators, interiors, furnitures. Breakfast - mega ! All you wish and more. Bar at lobby is well equipped and has skilled staff. Pool - nice, but be careful - mega sloppy. Water generally is cold, so think twice before direct jump. Few saunas of different kind, and massage saloon. That’s all. Place worthy a try.

Lovely clean rooms. The reception staff are polite and courteous. The bar staff were friendly and attentive and the bar had a great atmosphere at night. Only a little niggle is that we thought we had ordered breakfast during our stay (on-line) but apparently not. To have breakfast put on last minute was €27.00 we were informed. The most expensive hotel breakfast I have ever had on my world travels. We declined as we were staying for 3 nights and found a fantastic bakery a few doors away instead.

Super comfortable and modern hotel at a very easy to reach location. Nice spa area and a cute little pool side. Very delicious breakfast with a huge variety of selection. Would highly recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
