While reviewing the hotels recommended to me, I thought a lot about booking this hotel, which was not on the list. First of all, they have very attentive staff. The rooms are very spacious, clean and are completed every day. My only complaint is that all the pillows are very soft. Pillows can be gradually hardened and differentiated. The food is delicious. There is everything you need for breakfast. There is a rich breakfast content for a European country. If I come back, I'll stay here again.

Room was perfect for my business trip. It was very clean and I had plenty of desk space to work. The location was an easy commute to my office and a fair walk to all the downtown attractions. The breakfast was very good and had many healthy options. I enjoyed my stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Budapest and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was beautifully appointed, clean, and spacious. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to popular attractions and public transportation. There is a big shopping center, next to the hotel, with many options related to food and shopping, if you’re interested. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and attention to detail at this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.

A wonderful hotel with really big and clean rooms. Housekeeping did a great jod! Great view of the sunrise in the morning. Very convenient location in terms of transport interchange, close to the metro, buses, trams. Very convenient parking for taxi. Friendly staff. Always smiles! I would especially thanks to Ata from reception, because he speaks Russian and gave me a lot of useful advises. As well as Fionella from breakfast team! We had a great conversation in Spanish. Her smile changed me positive for whole day))). I would definitely come back!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
